Data submitted through the form is processed via the Web3Forms service, which forwards it to our email address. The website is hosted by a hosting provider, and the map shown on the site is displayed via Google Maps. These providers act as processors or independent controllers and apply their own security measures.

We do not sell or rent your data. We may disclose it only to our service providers (hosting, form processing) named above, and to public authorities where there is a legal obligation to do so.
6. Retention period
We keep data submitted through the form for as long as needed to handle your request and, afterwards, for the period required by legal obligations or by our legitimate interest in keeping a record of correspondence (generally no more than 3 years from the last contact), after which we delete or anonymize it.
